These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Stealth Forged website and the purchase of any products offered by Stealth Forged. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

Stealth Forged manufactures and imports premium strength training equipment, including cast iron dumbbells.

Due to the nature of cast iron manufacturing, minor cosmetic variations including slight surface texture, casting marks, or finish differences may occur. These do not constitute defects.

Product specifications, weights, and dimensions are approximate and may vary within industry tolerances.

3. Pre Orders and Deposits

Certain products may be offered on a pre order basis.

  • A deposit may be required to secure allocation.

  • Deposits are non refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Estimated shipment timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or port delays.

  • The remaining balance must be paid prior to dispatch.

Failure to complete final payment within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of deposit and release of the allocation.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Stealth Forged reserves the right to change pricing at any time prior to an order being confirmed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery

Sydney and Newcastle metropolitan areas may qualify for personal delivery.

All other orders are shipped via third party freight providers.

Risk transfers to the purchaser upon delivery.

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify Stealth Forged within 48 hours of any visible damage.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only where required under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Has a major failure

  • Is not of acceptable quality

  • Is not as described

7. Warranty

Stealth Forged products are intended for strength training use only.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic marks consistent with cast iron manufacture

  • Improper storage or exposure to moisture

  • Commercial misuse outside intended use

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stealth Forged is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

Strength training carries inherent risk. Users assume full responsibility for safe and appropriate use.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, logos, and branding are the property of Stealth Forged.

No content may be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
