5 Year Structural Warranty

Stealth Forged dumbbells are covered by a 5 year structural warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting structural integrity, including:

• Structural cracking of the cast iron head under normal training use
• Separation of the head from the handle under normal use
• Manufacturing faults that make the product unsafe or unfit for normal purpose

If a structural defect occurs within 5 years, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Refund the purchase price

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Lifetime Performance Confidence

These dumbbells are designed for serious training environments, including home gyms, performance studios, and commercial facilities.

We do not engineer disposable equipment. If you experience a genuine performance issue outside the warranty period, contact us. We will assess each case on its merits.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal cosmetic wear including scuffs, surface marks, or finish wear
• Surface oxidation caused by moisture exposure or improper storage
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, neglect, or improper care
• Intentional dropping onto unsuitable surfaces (e.g. concrete without protective flooring)
• Damage occurring during use outside normal training purpose

Cast iron variation: Minor casting marks, surface texture differences, and small finish inconsistencies are inherent to cast iron manufacture and do not constitute defects.

Proper Use and Care

To maintain performance and longevity:

• Store in a dry environment
• Use on appropriate gym flooring
• Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure

Strength training carries inherent risk. Users assume responsibility for safe and appropriate use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, email hello@stealthforged.com.au and include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos
• Date of purchase (or delivery date)

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Australian Consumer Law notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
