Refund policy
Overview
Stealth Forged products are built for long term performance and are inspected prior to dispatch.
Our returns policy differs for pre sale orders and in stock orders.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Pre Sale Orders
Deposits
Pre sale orders are secured with a 30 percent deposit.
Once production has commenced, deposits are non refundable for change of mind.
If a customer cancels before production has commenced, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid prior to dispatch.
If the final balance is not paid within the invoiced timeframe, Stealth Forged reserves the right to:

Cancel the order

Retain the deposit to cover production allocation costs
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith.
If production or freight delays occur, customers will be notified.
Refund requests due solely to timeline changes will be assessed individually.
Standard In Stock Orders
Change of Mind
Due to the size and weight of our products, change of mind returns are not accepted.
Please ensure you select the correct weight before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

Order number
We will assess and arrange repair, replacement, or refund where required.
Warranty
Stealth Forged dumbbells are covered against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Cosmetic damage from use

Surface marking from racking or contact

Improper storage or misuse
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us with details and supporting images.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is approved due to fault or defect, Stealth Forged will cover reasonable return freight.
If a return is approved outside of defect circumstances, return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
